The office is clean and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly, especially Becky and Dr. Stepniewski. The doc is very good about giving shots slowly so they barely hurt at all, and the work was done quickly. I especially am impressed with their technological savvy; the website is well organized, they send text reminders, have computerized check-in, etc. I will definitely return and recommend them to everyone I know. I was referred to VIP Dental due to my regular dental office being closed for the week. I had suffered relentless jaw pain for about a week, not really knowing what the problem was and now that the root canal has been done, I haven't had any pain since. I am anxiously waiting for time to pass, as my daughter had a root canal done at the same office by the same dentist (unknown by me at the time) and has had nothing but problems with it. She is probably going to have to have that tooth pulled because the root canal was not successful. Based on another opinion - the dentist failed to get "all the nerve" during the initial root canal... I am hopeful I do not experience this same problem. I reccently found out that I needed a root canal and sevral other cavities filled. When I arrived for my oppointment I had a full on panic attack and cried like a little baby. The staff was unbelievably understanding and did whatever they could to make me feel safe and comfortable. They went above and beyond to accommodate me which was a pleasant surprise. The dental office is clean and inviting with a small play area for children which, as a mom, I greatly appreciate. Overall, I had a great experience despite my meltdown and will be using VIP Dental from now on.
