Dr. Gottlieb and his staff at Sharper Vision were the only team able/willing to accommodate my last-minute 'can you see me now' request for an appointment. Even more impressive, Dr. Gottlieb personally reached out to me to ask what had happened and to say, "come on in!" A first time patient, I found Dr. Gottlieb and his staff to be exceedingly friendly and very knowledgeable. Despite a busy patient load, Dr. Gottlieb made time for me and quickly addressed my issue. In doing so, he and his staff went above and beyond my expectations (and what other eye clinics were willing to do for me that day). What more can I say, other than I definitely recommend Sharper Vision! I went for my yearly checkup and its been a month and I still haven't received my contacts. I enjoyed the older staff but when I called in asking about my contacts the new staff never disappoints on giving me a hard time. Firstly they keep on passing the phone around to different people, and doing nothing what so ever to solve the issue. They said they would give me a call back yet I didn't hear a single thing from them, and still haven't. Now I have to take time out to go pay them a vist. It's sad to say how the service is so horrible now. Maybe it's time to search for a new optometrist.
