I had a 2pm appt and right away I got approached by Teresa. She evaluated my hair and recommended the best treatment. Due to the season changing I got a hydration treatment, I got my ends clipped, press and flat ironed. I am very pleased with the results. My hair is bouncing and behaving... I have received several compliments from friends and family. I will return in two weeks. I have come in at 7pm as the last customer of the night and rather than treat me like I am keeping them from going home, they treat me like family. I have been going to my hairstylist Calvin for about 5 years or so and at this point, he has creative control over my hair. I have absolutely no complaints... Ever! He's been bringing the best out of me, through my hair for years and I am glad that he's at a salon that makes me feel comfortable when I walk through the door. The salon is clean, they offer me water and tea, they engage in conversation with me, and are always smiling. It was easy to find my first time going there conveniently located across from the Ikea, ample parking, in the same shopping center as buffalo wild wings and Chipotle. I would definitely recommend going there. The service is excellent, they talk you through what they are doing to your hair and why. This visit I did a blow out and flat iron, my hair has not been blown out in several years. My hair was full, flowy, bouncy and healthy. the wellness and the massages services are great, the tea excellent. the staff is great, they treat you like you are the only one in the salon.
