They are professional, efficient, and very responsive! They will sensitively hand clean your teeth the old-fashioned way if they are sensitive, and once when I broke a cap, I called and quickly spoke to Dr. Rudolph during the Superbowl, and she set an appointment to fix it within 24 hours. I have no complaints regarding actual medical-dental service or personnel. However, I have several times found some areas of the administrative service lacking in efficiency. In general, I find it difficult to interpret your printed invoices, and have failed on occasion to locate a particular debit or credit amount to confirm for my flexible spending account. Recently I asked one of the desk staff to locate and print out one such relevant invoice. I was given a printout that STILL did not specify the particular sum, and had to request it again. About the same time my daughter (who shares in our family insurance plan) was presented with a three-figure bill for a cleaning; I inquired whether there was an insurance problem, and was informed with some surprise (but no apology) that a claim had not been submitted. There is no need for errors like this; we'd be perfectly happy to show our insurance cards on each visit (in fact, it would be especially useful for both us and you around this time of year, when enrollment plans can change!); but when we have offered, they have generally been waved away as unnecessary. Clear documentation is never superfluous, from either party in a transaction.
