Dr. Bryce explained to me what the cause of my pain was and what to do to fix that. Never having had a root canal before I was very nervous. I needn't have been. The office staff worked diligently to schedule a time that I could get off work to do it. I arrived, taken back and immediately put at ease. Honestly, as soon as I got the numbing injection I never felt pain again. Not even after the numbness wore off! Dr. Bryce even called my home later that evening to check on me. They got me in on Tuesday the very next day.I was put on an anti-biotic to calm the tooth down for 10 days had the tooth out last night, had the gas, it was awesome no pain. They are all so thoughtful and attentive and helped me through a painful situation. My tooth refused to become numb even with a lot of novacaine. Dr. Burtenshaw and his staff were very patient and encouraging while I was going through this. I would definately have another root canal done with them. Just hope it is never necessary again!!!
