They were super nice, explained everything and really set me at ease. I'm always incredibly nervous at the dentist and even put it off for years when I was young but while there I was so comfortable that I feel silly for being nervous. Maybe the other ones were doing it wrong in the past. Definitely won't go elsewhere. Amazing and friendly staff, awesome hygienist, and professional all the way around. If they cannot do the work themselves they make referrals to others who likewise provide exceptional care. I always feel when I go there that I have been seen by people who truly care about you as a person and are trying through updating their equipment, keeping up with developments in their field reminding themselves that it is their patients who truly matter. I have been a patient there for almost 30 years and would not even consider going myself or sending anyone anywhere else. The office is high tech keeping up with the latest technology which makes all the staff members very efficient at all their different jobs. The service is incredible from the doctors, the dental hygienists, assistants to all the office staff. The office is beautiful and very comfortable. The doctors are very personable, knowledgable, and proactive with care and they listen to their patients. I have had a lot of different dentists in the past and this is the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. I am a new patient and plan to switch my family over to Harris care as well. I was made to wait 30 minutes for the doctor in dentist chair. Then they took me to waiting room. Then they came to waiting room and said, the dentist will NOT see you today, he was overbooked. That is so inappropriate. If I have an appointment made, then it is not right to tell me dentist is not free to see me.
