Dr Eberle was so sweet, he came to check on me in the waiting room, before the procedure, which meant a WHOLE lot to me, especially when he remembered to speak in a language with which I'm comfortable. Promptly being ushered to the back makes me feel as though the staff is ready for ME, personally. If however, you haven't interacted with me previously, please introduce yourself before digging in my mouth. The X-ray tech would do well to explain the procedure, the positioning of feet and body and that little peg a little before starting. - Deep cleaning teeth that are to be pulled makes no sense and causes unnecessary pain following the visit, hence familiarity with recommended patient plan, seems advisable. - Other than those issues, I enjoy the team feeling and pleasant interaction between staff members. Staff who have worked with me do well making this VERY stressed client as comfortable as possible from start to end of visit. I had a small cavity on the adjacent tooth so the Doctor filled that in a few minutes. Adjusted the new crown so it felt great, glued it in and I was out in about 35 minutes.
