I was having an issue with a loose cap and told Dr. Ellis, I rather have it pulled. He did not seem to respect my opinion of root canals. When I got home today there was a bill for my husbands missed appointment. When I was there no one took the time to tell me of his upcoming appointment and I did not get an email either. Someone called on Monday and left a message on my phone. I work and did not check my messages. In six months no one bothered to call me to get my husbands phone number for your records. I am a BIG SISSY at the dentist. Dr Ellis very calming, caring/professsional and knowledgable - couldn't have the tooth pulled there as they don't have anesthesia- only local and I needed more but...I would go for everything else. Jan worked very hard to get a perfect bite on the temporary crown. Unfortunately as a result it's very short and while I am sure it will keep the gum from growing over thr abutment, I do hope the actual crown will look a lot better cosmetically and match the teeth as they are on the other side.
