Making Saturday appointments and coming in for emergencies. They will check on you when you're home after a procedure as well. Also, the staff there makes the entire experience comfortable and somewhat exciting to actually be at the dentist. I would recommend them to anyone, even just for a regular cleaning! The other ones I have had have lasted so long, it's the only route I go now! That being said, after the amount of work done on my mouth, there was no pain. Just at about the time that pain began to come into play (about 4 hours later), I received a courtesy call from Dr. Kellner at home to see how I was feeling. He is an amazing dentist, and better yet, he cares! This is why I continue to go back to this amazing man. I was never asked if I have experienced sensitivity due to whitening or any other questions other than if I used a sensitive teeth toothpaste. The technician quickly had me in the chair and although the light did not cause many problems, later that evening every single tooth was experiencing 'zings' of pain and I was extremely uncomfortable for at least 12 hours, so much so that I went out to buy origel and sensitive teeth relief which I had to pea pole every 15 minutes. I was also much less self conscious about my smile going in compared to when I left with blotchy overly whitened teeth. The blotchy white spots have already started to fade along with the obnoxious sensitivity but my teeth are still more sensitive than before. I do not plan on getting the zoom whitening again or following up with at home bleaching. Other than brushing off my concerns about the health of my teeth everyone at the office was very nice. I was given the Zoom whitening as a gift (through Groupon) and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They were very attentive to my needs and concerns. I did experience some sensitivity during the whitening process but they checked on me numerous times to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. They even put a movie on for me, which helped a LOT! I experienced sensitivity for 24 hours following my appointment but after that my teeth went back to feeling normal. The whitening worked great.
