He's had a bad experience with a previous dentist and get anxiety but he was so comfortable and completely at ease (even when he found out he had a cavity). Also, I love the way that you prepared me ahead of time for what the billing would be for the procedure, I've never had a dentist do that and I really appreciate it. I've just been completely floored with how great the staff and service is here.
