Two years later all of the teeth we tried to save and after months of periodontal work then had to be removed. Since then I have a hard time going to the dentist. The dentures I had were 28 years old but it was time for a new upper and lower partial. I can not praise Access Dental staff enough. They are thoughtful and caring, the staff is well trained and the facility is state of the art. Oh how I wish they were around earlier in my life! I tried on my new dentures today and in 2 weeks will be going home with a beautiful new smile!! Thank you Access Dental for all that you do for all of your patients... The dental assist explained the cleaning procedure then explained my insurance cost. After that they explained what need to be done to my teeth in the future. The staff is very professional in everyway. I will be returning here quite often to get my cleaning done. Then, Here sign this paper that if we do anything wrong, you will go to arbitration. Then sit for about 7 minutes. Then X rays, all good, cleaning starts with exam. then wait 20 minutes for the estimate of needed work (which was clearly stated by me that a cleaning only). Then sign that the estimate was received. Why can't the cleaniong continue while the estimate is being prepared. Total time at dentist, 2 hours 23 minutes, not counting my 5 minutes early. Very disrespectful of a patients schedule. A normal cleaning and x rays at any pprior dentist is 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes in & out the door, including estimates for needed work.
