It was so nice to be met by warm, friendly people. The assistant was informative and kind, and my child who started out very nervous, was comforted and relaxed within minutes. As a teacher, tone can impact a child greatly, and the tone in the office is one of warmth and trust. My child felt it immediately. Dr. Montoya was just as friendly, and informed me of all that was necessary for my child to feel better again. I took my boys in here to get put under to get their cavities filled and come to find out that they didn't need them to be filled they just needed a little TLC and a dentist that wasn't money hungry. Also tbey cared so much about if they were comfortable. From the front office back to Dr. Montoya we could not have had a better experience. I was very nervous about bringing my daughter in knowing she was going to need procedures that involved sedation. I was put at ease the minute I met the Dr. and I knew she was in great hands and I could trust him with her. Her visits both went smooth from begining to end and she was even happy to come in knowing what she was in for. She did very well afterward and any questions that we may have had were answered in the office and I really liked the fact that instructions were sent home with her so we are not aloe and clueless about what to expect. I dont EVER do online reviews and I will be signing up for a YELP account for the sole purpose of letting everyone know how amazing your office is. With 2 young girls we will be patients there for years to come.
