From the personal to the professional she knows who you are and is well prepared. She does a thorough checkup and even better when she cleans. The girls were ready for my "cold" self. They had the snowman blanket waiting and did everything possible to make me as comfortable as they could for the procedure. I can't say I enjoy the procedures but I certainly enjoy the treatment from all of the girls and Dr. Kevin. They are comforting, caring and very patient-friendly.
