You said that we should respect the time that has been given to us when we schedule our apnmmnt in order to not waste the time and money of your business but at the same time when i go to my visits i dont feel i have any better service even if i get early. Indeed i had waited for almost one hour to be taken care of, so i just think that you should manage better the appointments you arange for us because whats the pointof me making or having an appoinmnt schedule at lets say 10:30 when in fact my orthodontist sees me for at least 45 min later??!!! They are so gentle when doing work, and even more gentle when giving the needle for more serious dental work. Dentist visits are dreadful, but the staff is so great at making sure it is a friendly and welcoming environment.
