He was not gentle and basically ignored me when I complained that it hurt. I told them three times that the dam was leaking stuff into my mouth, and they only fixed it after I got a bunch of nasty liquid in my mouth. He also didn't put antibiotic into the root canal, which has been done on my previous two root canals with other dentists. After I walked out of the office I was in tears. The assistant didn't know what she was doing, and they did not work well together. I did not feel that I was in good hands. It may be that I am unfairly harsh, since it was just yesterday and I am still in pain, and I still have hope that Dr. Lim is good, but be careful who you get assigned to! In retrospect, I wish I had gone to an oral surgeon for the root canal part.
