When I went to pick up my car, i was shown the problem part, how it had broken and what it was not supposed to look like. They are always willing to explain any of the services my van needs, even showing me the old and used parts demonstrating my need for service. I feel I can trust Mark and Fred, which for a non-automotive person is very important. Lastly, when I do need service, they always clean my van for free, just another little plus that shows good customer service.
