Unfortunately, even though I was informed there had just been in a restock shipment, there were none. Ironically I ended-up buying two limited edition lipsticks from last season, and the retail advisor was VERY friendly and helpful. She offered to take down my number and call me when it came in, and even called the other salon location on Broad (?) to see if they had it in stock (they didn't pick-up). Her customer service could not have been better. It is filthy! I spent 4 hours there this week and during that time I didnt see a single stylist clean up their station, (even after I mentioned how dirty the place was looking to my own stylist). Sure hair was swept to a corner, but then it was left there. The furniture, cabinets, and floor have grime, dust, loose hair, and color stains; and there is at least a good half inch of dust around the product shelves and on the hanging wire racks above the stations. I realize you keep the place open 7 days a week, but it is time to shut it down for a few days and clean it from top to bottom! For the amount of money you charge your clients, it's time to deliver an upscale environment again.
