I was confused because one of the dentists said I did not need "fluoride" and a clean, which left me unhappy. Dr. Meutschler is always respectful, and explains every step along the way. It has been a great experience for what can be sometimes scary when they have had to have fillings or a tooth pulled. I highly recommend this dentist to anybody with children that have special needs. They know how to handle these kids. Denise was so kind & reassuring to him & didn't get irritated or impatient w/ him. He felt really guilty about doing a poor job brushing his teeth & she explained to him that it was not too late to make a good change & take care of them properly. This went a long way with him & over the next few days he has really improved. I can't thank you enough for not making him feel worse than he already did & not scolding him for being anxious. Her regular Dentist would just just brush off the severity of case. Dr Mark was incredible, not only did he make my daughter comfortable he was.able to do a full exam and implement a treatment plan. Both Dr. Mutschler and Dr. Fariba have been great with my sons. My oldest son has Aspergers and his first experience with a Dentist in Washington state was very unpleasant, so it is such a relief to take him to Great Grins and know that it will be a positive experience for him. Also we have arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment times and they have always taken us back early. Very professional staff and friendly.
