He takes time to explain everything as he does it. He strives to make your visit a stress-free experience and he succeeds. Apparently I got one of his assistants very upset by removing her hand from my mouth as I had an involuntary need to swallow. It was either remove her hand or bite her finger! To my astonishment, she proceeded to tell me how rude I am and to never do that again! I didn't know I wasn't 'allowed' to remove her hand from my mouth while I swallowed. Not quite sure what all that was about and don't really care. Hopefully she is in another room next time I am there! :) Dental employees come and go but Dr A is a true professional.
