      <description>My car was serviced exactly as I had requested, on the date I requested.  I was notified promptly that an additional problem had been found, and the reasons to have this problem corrected were explained thoroughly.  Maintenance and repair were completed in a timely manner, and when I went to pick up the car the bill was explained to me in detail, so I knew exactly what I had paid for.  There were no surprises, and any questions I had were answered completely and courteously.  Thank you!!!</description>

As always, Bruce and his crew were thorough and professional. I was able to buy the car knowing it had been inspected by the experts.</description>

      <title>I am not a high maintenance person...but...</title>

      <description>I am not a high maintenance person...but my MINI is! Computers continue to confound me. I used to maintain my own car with oil changes and spark plugs etc. I have very little idea what I am looking at under the hood of my MINI. I knew that when I decided to get one. A simple battery replacement...NOT so simple.Bruce guided me from the phone call to the best guy to call for a AAA tow. The man who finished the paperwork with me was thorough in his review of the work done and future work. He also complimented me for reading the car manual from cover to cover,from which I realized this job was way beyond my understanding. This what SERVICE should be,and that Bruce focuses his entire staff on it is highly commendable and rare these days. Knowing after market parts on the MINI would be high,I was very surprised that this repair was fairly reasonable. The battery itself was the most pricey item. The level of service was not overcharged for considering the fussy procedure demanded by the MINI. Oh...and the towing service had all nice things to say about Atlantic Motor Car when he came to pick up the MINI.</description>

      <description>Our mechanic, Scotty, found some potentially hazardous conditions on our vehicle during a routine maintenance.  Our service advisor, Rick, didn't just come into the waiting room with worn-out parts of unknown lineage.  He took me out to the service bay where he and Scotty explained the part's function, defect, what the correction entailed on the vehicle itself, and the cost.  After the repairs, Rick reviewed the entire service again and offered to answer any questions.

This has not been my typical experience at dealerships, before coming to AMC.  I now can feel confident in my vehicle's performance and safety.  But I also feel confident that I received the truest and best value possible.</description>

      <description>I have always been happy with the service I receive at Atlantic Motorcar Center.  More often than not, it is the little unexpected things - like pressure washing my floor mats that make a difference.  When I take a vehicle to a shop for service I expect that it will be fixed - I don't always expect that my clock will be reset to the correct time or my floor mats washed or that I'll receive a phone call a day or two later asking if everything is going ok.  Atlantic Motorcar Center has top notch service because they care about the people, not just the vehicles.</description>
