And, while I understand your concern, I also urge you to remember that we have checked your vehicle on many occasions and often with one of you even driving the vehicle, and we have had extreme difficulty even duplicating your symptoms let alone finding a definitive cause for your issues. This is not to say that anyone is wrong. Unfortunately, we cannot fix something we cannot confirm is wrong. If you recall, Mr. Denman, you have brought the vehicle in a couple of times yourself and said that it is intermittent and the problem was not happening at time of visit so you would bring it back. In addition, there have been multiple occasions that we have spent well over an hours worth of time attempting to diagnose the issue and repair the issue with no charge to you. This is just one of those frustrating situations. We have offered to continue searching for the problem for you and I extend that courtesy to you again. We don't often get stumped by a problem with a vehicle and we want you to be satisfied. On any given visit, we can only fix what I know is wrong. Again, we would like to continue trying to confirm a failure, and we would very much appreciate it if you would give us the opportunity to. We want you to be satisfied with our service, just as we want everyone to be satisfied with our service.
