Always honest advice. At this check up I asked them to swap my snow tires for summer. I bought them on sales as a last years model. I put very little millage per year but knew they were getting close to worn but though I could squeak another summer out of them. They noticed my tires were over 7 years and are craking on the side walls. I plan on keeping the car (2003 Impala LS) and agree that I might as well renew them now. Also got the rear brakes done (they advised me that this would need to be done a few visits back and they were right). They advised me that the front brakes are still OK but will need attention likely by fall. The check up also revealed by transmission lines are sweating and will need replacing soon but could wait till next check up. The old car is needing more repairs but still cheaper than buying a new vehicle. I'll use the next couple of years to scout out my next Impala. The shop was clean and the waiting room was spotless. I got to look at the job and see the bad parts to confirm that they reallyneeded replacing. Their tech explained exactly what he would be doing. Very thorough! The service advisor,Tony,was very pleasant and helpful. He had no problem letting me use his fax that was very helpful. The price quoted was reasonable and the final bill matched the quote even though it took them a bit longer. Probably because my vehicle had sat and was a bit rusty. They said right away what I needed immediately, in the short-term, and in the long-term. They fixed my headlight without charging me anything for the labour, a detail that I really liked, since in other places no matter what kind of work they do on your car, they charge extra (and it's a lot).
