She is absolutely wonderful and I would recommend her to everyone. She's a true professional with both color and cut - which is a rare combo. I liked the new salon, but was surprised the color customers have to be shampoo/condition in the different room vs. the beautiful new area. I would have given five stars, but I was actually extremely shocked at the jump in pricing. I did a base color, cut and five-minute gloss. The total bill was just over $200 (without tip) and I actually pay less than that living in a major city. When I asked about the breakdown in price I was told the cut was $85.oo Again, I adore Lauren and she a fantastic job, but I don't even pay $85 here in the city for a master stylist. I thought the prices were too steep and if I did live in the area again, they are high enough that I would need to consider other options. Bravo to Lauren for an excellent job as always. When I arrived at check out and my bill was $265.00 for foils I was in COMPLETE shock!!! I was embarrassed that I could only leave Maggie a $20 tip!!
