So because of the burning, the dye had to be rinsed out in half the time, so it did not make my hair as dark as it should have been and left my hair in this in between color that looks blah and ashy. In addition, there were too many light highlights on top so now I have light hair on top and really dark underneath and on the lower regions of the hair. Looks ridiculous. Then after it is finished and I am obviously not pleased with it and forked out almost $200, the stylist does not offer to do anything to make me happier with it. No professional or good customer service. I understand this is a complex process, but the result is not good. Instead of dark red highlights mixed with blond highlights, I have pink hair. The stylist you saw last is a level 2 stylist (higher hair education and experience), which does equate to a higher price for services. Your last appointment included a hair cut, an eyebrow wax, along with your color service, which would account for the additional amount. Your history also tells me that you have quite a bit of hair which requires remixes of color. We always quote starting prices and tell our guests that the price may be more, depending on the length or thickness of your hair. If more than the average amount of color is required, we charge for the additional color used. We only charge for the cost of the color for additional color usage. I apologize that this was not effectively communicated to you at your last appointment.
