They fully explain every repair and charge and I never worry about being 'ripped off'. I feel confident in their recommendations as to what should be done immediately and what can wait. The environment is very comfortable to wait in, or for longer repairs, there are loaners. The staff and puppy are a delight to deal with. Here's where I had the problem. Had to borrow a car. Had to warm it up, scrap off the snow, and try to pull out with other cars and snow in the way. It would be a good customer experience to have the car scraped off and ready to go. Also the car was had a terrible gas smell. I let the folks know that I got sick that night. Normally we park loaner cars inside overnight so this situation does not happen. When Cindi returned the car with the complaint about the gas smell, it was immediately taken off the road for repairs. We found a cracked manifold which was leaking exhaust right out of the engine that created the smell.
