The office staff, especially Toni and Kimberly were kind and sympathetic to my problem. Jarod answered my questions in a well informed manner. And of course, Dr. Jacobs calmed my fears, diagnosed my problem, answered my questions, recommended treatment and calmed my fears in his usual kind, patient, and intelligent manner. The other members of staff are extremely polite and refer to you by your first name and always ask "How are you doing today". I enjoy visiting Vision Source of East Broward and my follow-up visit on 2/15/13 was excellent.
