The front desk is well-staffed with a helpful,knowledgeable and friendly person. The office itself is beautiful and immaculate. The pre-exam was performed by a woman who made sure the kids weren't afraid, but more amazed by the hi-tech equipment used for the most thorough eye-exam ever. It was almost like a fun science lesson where mom and kids got to have a look at the back side of their eye and have all the parts explained to them in a way we all understood. Dr. Hoch is amazing. The selection of glasses was top-notch, with a nice range of styles and prices (including some higher end lines I had never seen in person). The optometrist and office staff helped us all with the daunting task of picking just the right pair and the right lens features for us. On an another note, the office is leading the way in technology, from their state of the art diagnostic equipment to their text message reminders for your annual appointment.
