She phoned back and offered me a very soon appointment; she even called again when a cancellation occurred to ask about my condition and to offer to move up the appointment. Dr. Neal listened carefully to my concern, and I left the clinic feeling that I'd received precisely the correct diagnosis and treatment. The staff, including Dr. Neal, are always friendly, yet professional and polite. I trust Dr. Neal and his staff, and I'll continue returning to this clinic as I have for years. Dr. Meador went over everything w/me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. My biggest disappointment was in the waiting room/reception area, the lady w/redish/blonde hair was overall rude. (Not the pregnant lady, she was very sweet) Dr. Meador came out & told her to do something & in front of the patient and myself, she questioned him & picked up the phone & called the other clinic to make other arrangements. When I worked for a doctors office (bigger than yours, we had 6 doctors) I would have been immediately relieved of my duties. I guess I was just shocked at how employees act toward their employers now. No respect of what she said to who, about whoever and she didn't care who heard her. That is my only problem other than prices, but you have to do what you must.
