My wife and I have been a customer of theirs for the last couple years and we love them. They are easily the best optometrist I have ever used in the area. They have all modern examination equipment and excellent prices. I used to frequent the major chain eyeglass stores, but the experience and overall customer care you get at privately-owned optometrists is superior. They are very flexible and go out of their way to please there customers. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family looking for glasses or contacts. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained my insurance benefits in regards to frames or contacts. Dr. Boyles was great. She explained step by step what tests she was performing. I received a fresh pair of contacts and two travel sized bottles of contact solution. You can print out forms prior to your visit and fill them out to save time. Highly recommended office! I was able to print and fill all the forms at home and save 15-20 minutes of the time on the appointment day. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. Doctor Hinkle examined my eyes and also gave me a very detailed explanation of Lasik as I had asked about it. He made sure that I was following his points so that I could make an informed decision. Overall a great experience in a very relaxed atmosphere! I will definitely go back! They were able to get 3 of my children in on the same day and with close appts. We've relied on Ashburn Vision Source now for 5 or 6 years now and have no reason to look elsewhere. As for Dr. Hinkle, he's is great with children. One of my girls commented on his gentle demeanor. He is always professional and never "rushed". He explains his findings and there is never pressure to make purchases of any kind. Great doctor and excellent staff.
