Got an appointment for the following Thursday. Dr Her clearly explained what would be involved in extracting the broken tooth and the one next to it, which was also abscessed. The visit took less then two hours total, and the teeth were extracted quickly and neatly. Dr. Her and his staff made the experience as good as it possibly could be. They have a caring and compassionate attitude and do a fabulous job. My daughter had a terrible experience at her previous pediatric dentist and was terrified to go to her cleaning and checkup, once again Dr. Her and his staff did a fabulous job and she had a great visit. They explained everything to her and were truthful and honest about everything they were going to do. She is no longer terrified of the dentist and actually left with a smile instead of in tears. This was a length process as all my teeth were crowns. Dr. Her and Stephanie were made me feel comfortable and pain free, even after sitting in the dental chair for 4 hours. Lara, the bookeeper spent many hours with the insurance co. to get approval to have my bridge made. I would recommend Dr. Her and his wonderful staff to all patients, they are genuinely concerned about their patients and do follow up calls to check on you. From the start, the staff made me feel welcome and were very responsive to my needs. Everyone there interacts with you in a very pleasant manner and you instantly feel like you are in good hands. Then I met Dr. Her. He is warm and engaging and really looks out for your best interest. Having endured several years of dental work, he makes me feel like there is indeed a light at the end of the tunnel. His professionalism is impeccable and he is a perfectionist as well as having a friendly bedside manor. My only regret is that I didn't make the switch earlier!!
