The Massage and Shellac nails were perfect. I would have given 5 stars, but my toe nails were still wet when they sent me in for the massage. I could feel my nails getting stuck to the towel during the massage. When I came out, I asked that they fix them. They sat me in the waiting room for a long time. Finally, the girl who did my shellac nails came in and noticed I was still there. She fixed my toe nails (she had to redo most of them). I've been going to Aqua since March and although I've had a really bad experience with a facial, usually their services are superb. The massage therapist Teresa Burch did a wonderful job. I left feeling rejuvenated and healed. She tailored the massage based upon my needs and really worked on the tightness in my shoulders. I go for a massage pretty frequently. I told the girl whom I ask for, that I was taking chemo. the last time. She remembered me this week and got upset and acted like she was scared to touch me and told me after she had some papers for me to fill out and sign, she also told me I needed a release from my dr for massages. This hurt my feeling so bad and I just love this girl but I felt like I had a contagious disease. I know she is just covering herself but I've been getting chemo for years and massages for years. They are very good for cancer patients. I will return though and ask for her but will have my release the next time. Lisa was so nice, however, the seat is very uncomfortable. I was stiff and my back and hips hurt when the massage was over. My feet felt great and my legs are soft and smooth, but you need to do something about the bench seat---maybe memory foam cushions?
