Make sure you have proper information about your insurance coverage and your copay before the treatment starts otherwise you will be charged a lot and to pay immediatly. Check if the dentist is in your insurance network or not by yourself otherwise they tell you that they are in network then you get huge bill. I had an appointment on December 5 and all went well until I was presented with quite a large bill (over $500) which I thought was covered by my insurance. Then I was shocked to hear that I had reached my maximum for the year...I said I should have been told this bit of information up front so I could have changed my appointment for January 2013. In any event, I paid the amount by credit card, but I did not appreciate the way I was treated, and I do not think I will return to Designing Smiles, much to my regret!
