I was under the impression that I was getting a color and the usual blow-dry, but that Antonia was unable to do the cut this time. I said, "OK", but did not realize that no cut also meant no blow-dry. Therefore, I was sent over to Irene at the last minute to have her do the blow-dry. My hair went flat by the next day. Ten minutes into my appointment her 'next client' showed up. Highlight cut and style normally takes an hour fifteen or so...I had to wait ten minutes for a wash which kept my hair still processing. Guy who washed did apologize which was nice, but still dont like sitting and waiting with product on. My hair cut and blow dry was more rushed as the other client was also getting color ...so she was going back and forth between us taking longer than the appointment time needed to.
