It was post check up with the other dentist Dr Ned and all went well. I felt very comfortable with this dentist also. I am the patient who was petrified of dentist. I have gone here about a year ago and had an extraction here before with great results. The extraction site may hurt for a day or two but that's it. Unlike other offices I have been to where the pain continues on and there are pieces festering up AFTER the site has healed. Either way, the staff are very helpful and answer questions no matter how trivial it may seem. I would (and have) recommend this office to a friend... Thanks for the great work! But I was taken aback by the attitude of the person behind the desk assuming that I didn't forward the checks from insurance provider. That was insulting. I have been going to this provider for many years and never had a problem. What I do have a problem with is the part about not telling your patients that you are no longer in network. Also I felt that after listening to all the work that I should be having, it was just for making money.
