But, I will say that my toe nails are a bit uneven and I had to re-clip them when I got home. The color was a little sloppy and I had to touch that up when I got home too. But, overall, it was nice. Could have had a bit more leg massage too. The exerience was a good 15-20 minutes shy of an hour. She seemed really unsure of herself, even though I was told that she was a level 2 student. She messed up a number of times and I was getting nervous myself. Thank goodness Kelly was there. She guided the student on what to do better and turned it into a much better experience. The cut was a perfect relection of what I described I wanted. She colored my hair to repair what a different colorist applied incorrectly. The color was the best I had ever had done. I also enjoyed visiting with Sarah while she completed my hair. I felt so much better about myself and appearence once I left Aveda. All personnel/students were very courteous. Though I usually request Level 2 students, this appointment was with a newer student who had only performed one high-light before me. I had a two color process which was a challenge for her; I was impressed that she consulted with her instructor several times during the process and ultimately I was as pleased with the results as I have ever been both at the Institute and any colorists I've been to over the years. Aveda Institute is a wonderful value for the client and obviously an excellent educational process for the students.
