This is a very unprofessional dental office, got there at 9:50am waited till 10:50am to get in the back, then waited another 30 minutes, that crystal lady was very rude when I asked how much extra was the charges, she yelled just give me 5 minutes Please, waited 15 minutes and just left, would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I asked for you to please wait in the waiting area and I was working on your treatment plan. I am very sorry that you had to wait in the waiting area. You did call and say you were going to be a little late for your appointment, which was scheduled at 9:30 am. We had already seated the patients that showed up for their 9 and 9:30 am appointments. I was not aware that your treatment plan was going to change as much as it did. We are NOT trying to get more money from you. Dr. K felt that the treatment plan that was previously presented to you had changed dramatically. It was quite a long treatment plan and I was trying my best to get it completed in a timely matter. I also had other patients that walked in and on Saturday's there is only one person in the front office.
