You walk in, have a lovely cup of tea handed to you...very friendly staff. The only reason I'm not giving it a higher rating is that the color I got is too dark. The stylist said it would lighten up though; I'm very much looking forward to that as it's been 3 days and I've had no compliments at all about the color. Family, friends and coworkers have walked up to me and literally said, "Oh, you changed your hair... it's a little dark" and nothing else. You know when they don't say anything it's because they've nothing nice to say about it. Usually, when I change my hair people are all over me asking where I got it done. Not this time, so I'm disappointed with that. I wouldn't recommend the hair color nor go back to redo mine in future, but this is in no way a reflection of the staff there. The stylist did say it would be darker than expected (and she was absolutely right) despite the fact that I chose the lighter of the two options she gave me. While the color didn't work for me, I did enjoy my first time at your salon. Thank you.
