They made genuine efforts in conversations and knew when I just wanted to space out watching TV set up for me on the chair lying down. At the end of both visits, Dr. Brigatti would come in, greet me, and carefully examine my mouth without a rush. I feel truly cared for. As it happened I was able to get in the very next day and the doctor had the time to begin and finish the work needed on the same day. A big plus for me as I have always been terrified of dentists. Dr. Brigati changed my feelings. She was gentle, reassuring and understanding. And the most I felt was the tugging at my mouth. There was no pain at all. The staff were all exceptionally friendly - it was almost like being in someone's home. I was chilly - I was given a blanket, my back was uncomfortable - I was given a bolster under my knees. It was as pleasant experience as it could have been given the nature of the need.
