I have now seen Dr Keifer and Dr Relle for routine cleanings and a couple fillings. What I strongly dislike about this practice is how pushy Dr. Relle is when it comes to having procedures done. I'm an educated adult and capable of making educated decisions in regards to my body. Several times now after making his recommendations for having cavities filled Dr. Relle tells the hygienist to have me schedule at the front; then when I get to the front desk, the hygienist speaks up and says "patient needs to schedule an appointment to have her tooth filled." How about asking first, "would you like to schedule that appointment?" instead of just trying to schedule for me. REALLY don't appreciate that!
