I've been having problems with a "fuzzy halo". My previously straight hair is not staying straight, smooth, and shiny like it used to. Mandy did multiple treatments, followed by products than I hadn't used before. My hair is smooth again! My new cut is so cute - very wash and go, which is exactly what I wanted.
