Super professional, super nice, and super fast. Cut and color look great. The only reason for four (rather than five) stars is that I made the appointment using an email I received for a complimentary cut with purchase of color. I let them know this in advance when I phoned to make the appointment, but when paying, I was charged for cut + color. I told them again about the email I received and they made me show them on my iPhone before adjusting the price. If you're going to send clients promotional emails, there must be a better way to track that when a client makes an appointment. Being asked to show the email after I already discussed it when making my appointment was embarrassing, like I was trying to pull a fast one. She is fun to talk with and does an amazing job on my hair. I get cut and colors with her and the color always is spot on. I also have naturally curly hair but style it straight. Dayna has a good eye for what I need in order to keep it looking good. I think they are a little pricey, but I'm willing to pay for a good stylist!
