She has worked on my hair my last three visits and I could not have been happier. She listens to your request, takes her time and makes you feel wonderful when you leave her chair. Her hand/arm massages are very relaxing and she puts you at ease. When I walked out of the salon on my last visit and was proceeding to pay my bill, a lady walked up to me and asked me who had just done my hair. She asked for the name the student and I happily told her it was Alicia. Alicia had just stepped off the floor for lunch so I was not able to locate her and tell her that this woman was scheduling an appointment with her. That is a great compliment to me (for the great job Alicia did) as well as for Alicia. I am confident that Alicia will make this lady very happy as well! Alicia is a very sweet and dedicated young lady and I am so happy that I go to her. She is a credit to Brown Aveda. Keep up the excellent work Alicia. See you soon for my next appointment.
