The person who was just hired on 5/3/13 was a very big negative in terms of the overall experience. All he did was complain about what he was doing and how the guys back at the shop were not making things easy for him. His lack of ability to drive a stick shift and him possibly destroying the gears on the car I was driven back to the shop in was also a huge problem. If that was my car, I would have been extremely angry at the fact he seemed to care less about the fact he could not drive a manual. (NOTE: He did state this to me so this is not an assumption on my part.) While I understand his frustration, it is not good for business to have someone like that talking negatively about everything. They explained why it was necessary and even replaced a faulty part found during the installation with no additional labor charge. They also found a manufacturer's rebate for the struts, filled out the form, and gave it to me with a stamped, addressed envelope. Filled it, at no charge, and wanted to find cause of leak. I had to leave and came back following Monday. Fortunately, leak was caused by faulty/old hose clamp.
