It was done in about an hour even though I had no appointment. It was satisfactory. The mechanic/technician was not available for comment. A thorough typed paper, along with a verbal explanation, was given to me outlining future work that needs to be done. This is all standard and was fine. You said at that time that you wouldn't use my email address to pester me, but this is the 2nd or 3rd communication via email in 2 days. How about a monthly coupon for a service I need, and otherwise just leave me alone, Also, please don't text me on my phone. I do not care for that. Have a nice day.
