My appointment was for 9:45 and started 15 - 20 minutes late. I usually use last minute appointments because I never know my schedule. After the color and while Kate was blowing it out - all I could see was the gray in the part on the front of my head - I said something to her she had another look at it then said next time do a all over cover - I said why I came in was to get the gray covered - so she had another person help her put on another color and she left - left I assume for lunch and had another person blow and comb out the hair which was bad. I am in the service business - you always finish the job even if it is your lunch. My gray is back - less than 3 weeks. I was very disappointed. I thought oh well let it go - but now I need to have my gray colored again already. I have noticed since Brittany moved to the salon that the spa attendants overlook small details: the curtain was left open spa sandals were not provided there are soiled items left on the basket/floor there was no hair styling product These observations have been made over the last several visits to The Sanctuary.
