I did not feel pressured to have additional and unexpected work done. They were upfront about a repair that will need to be performed in the near future, but said it could be done at a later time. I feel that I can trust them to not take advantage of me and my bank account due to my lack of car repair knowledge. Not to mention, their prices are unbeatable.
