They kept in touch about problems, explained what they needed to do and why, kept me informed about costs along the way and generally made me feel like my car was in knowledgeable hands. I was treated with respect also. I have come here for awhile and learn little bits about my car since I ask questions and they don't mind answering. I trust them. I have especially found Josh to be excellent and reliable and good at communicating.
