I was a new patient that called the same day and they got me in to reattach a crown that got loosened by a root canal. During the procedure when the glue was drying I tired to get up to feed the parking meter and one of the doctor's assistants saw me and she insisted that she would feed the meter for me-she wouldn't even let me give her the quarters to use-they provided. The bill was reasonable and the service was great! I found him and all of the office staff to be wonderful and I felt immediately at ease. I think it speak very highly of an employer when employees openly and frequently describe you as "very good guy to work for and with," "He's a good man" . I felt like breaking into a chorus of "Your a good man Charlie Brown" before all of the x-rays were completed!. I love the fact that Dr. Dave wants to work in partnership with me, i willing to explain all options available for any procedure and shook my hand and smiled as he offered me a seat in the chair...it is definitely the "little things" that make or break a relationship and at this point Dr. Dave and his entire staff have won my confidence. I look forward to working with the entire team and even my hard headed husband is willing to see "Dr. Dave" based on my excitement upon my return home!
