They looked after my wallet and vehicle. My repair work was discounted because I have also been a relatively loyal customer. After going from a corporate chain to Downtown Garage I will never go corporate again. Unless Meineke has a $10 coupon for an oil change. But an oil change is all I will do. Meineke told me it would be 500 for a hub bearing to be replaced and I paid 399 at Downtown garage. They strive to build a relationship and business comes with it. The pricing was very fair for the work being done. They also kept me informed at every stage of the service and were overall easy to talk with while I waited. They also completed the service fairly quickly which is a major plus. In general I would feel perfectly fine with bring my car back, in fact I plan on doing so soon for a different service.
