Never felt like I was pressured into services I didn't need and they were up front about the costs of treaments I asked about and calmed my nerves about my concerns. Was also impressed to see that Dr. Tincher did 90% of the actual exam/cleaning. Most of my previous Dentists would allow the hygenist to do 90% of the work, and the Dr. would usually come in for 3-5 minutes to look it over and tell you everything you already knew. I called to ask about a new patient appointment, as I had recently chipped a filing and wanted to try and get it taken care of right away. They got be in on the same day. I completed the new patient paperwork on their website beforehand and waited less than a minute before I was called back to see the dentist when I arrived. I asked if we could skip x-rays in order to fix my filing, and they did! The next day (today), I received a nice email letting me know that I could book appointments on-line for future visits, which is great! The entire staff was very helpful/accommodating. I look forward to seeing Linda Tincher again in 6 months and have already passed on their information to my co-workers. You've got a new advocate in me! She didn't wash my mouth which is one the reason that the patient will swallow the blood and bacteria which is very unhealthy. She didn't offer the patient mouthwash after cleaning. She didn't clean half of the teeth.
